We pride ourselves with offering affordable studio rentals for artist and entrepreneurs,

as well as provide the community a place to enjoy the arts. 

​

 The entire building is an art gallery with featured art through out for sale.

We offer long term studio rentals and hourly rate function halls for private events.

 

Each studio comes with:

  • Heating/cooling system and Free WiFi.

  • All of our floors  and parking lots are monitored through our 24 hour security system.

  • We offer two bathrooms on all three floors, guest waiting area's, a conference room and eating area.  

  • You will have  plenty of free parking and handicap accessibility  for you and your guest.

Monday - Sunday 7:00 am -1:00 am 

Closed on all major Holidays
